Game Day Week is all about playing the game the way it’s meant to be played — with competition, creativity, and fun. Instead of traditional drills, players will spend most of the session competing in small-sided games like 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and fast-paced team games that encourage decision-making, confidence, and attacking play.
These game environments allow players to apply their technical skills in real match situations, improving their ability to read the game, solve problems, and compete under pressure.
At ABFT, we believe that players learn best through the game, and Game Day Week is designed to give athletes maximum touches, maximum decisions, and maximum fun.
⚽ Focus: Competition, creativity, and game intelligence
🔥 Format: Small-sided games & competitive challenges
🎯 Goal: Let players express themselves and enjoy the game while developing real soccer IQ
