  • You may wear a WHITE t-shirt or any ABFT training top. ABFT jerseys will be available for purchase.

  • Please wear soccer cleats, black shorts, and white socks.

  • Shinguards recommended for games.

  • Bring your own water

  • You will NOT need to bring your own ball.

  • Payment MUST be completed prior to session to secure spot.
