Fast, fun, and competitive! Our Game Day is a mini-tournament designed to give athletes real playing time and a chance to apply what they’ve been learning in training.

Format (by age group)

  • Small-sided matchups: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5

  • Short games, quick rotations, and plenty of touches

  • On some occasions, trainers may jump in to up the challenge and the fun

What to expect

  • Focus: Free play + competition in a positive, high-energy environment

  • Who: All levels welcome; athletes placed by age/level

  • Length: One event day (multiple short matches)

  • Goal: Apply the week’s technical themes under game pressure

  • Vibe: Competitive and fun—great reps, great sportsmanship

  • This pass is single-use for one Game Day event.

  • What to bring: Ball, water, shin guards, cleats/turf shoes.
