Warm-Up: Dynamic prep for body and mind
Rondo or Age-Appropriate Game: Quick decisions, spacing, and tempo
Technical Element: Targeted skill instruction and repetition (e.g., control, passing & receiving, dribbling, finishing)
Small-Sided Game: Game-realistic play to apply the lesson
How it works
Length: 75 minutes per day (2 total days)
Use: Redeem on any two clinic dates (can be back-to-back or separate), subject to space availability
Valid at: All ABFT clinics across Arizona (Chandler, Laveen, Yuma and additional locations)
Who it’s for: Players of all levels wanting extra reps and progression across two sessions
What to bring: Water, shin guards, cleats/turf shoes
Tip: Pre-registration recommended to secure spots
